   During a showing please utilize the assigned parking in front of the home if available or the guest parking between buildings! Please DO NOT ALLOW parking along the fence or blocking traffic under any circumstances !!Thank you.

   Each townhome is a single family home. Therefore the insurance and the maintenance of the roof and walls are the homeowner’s responsibility and require an HO3 Homeowner’s Insurance policy.
